CBC solves MILPs using CLP as the relaxed solver, and CGL to generate cuts. It is a competitive solver!

MIQP Functionality
I have been unable to work out how to get CBC to solve MIQPs, with the relaxed model in CLP. If anyone has experience here and would like to contribute, I would like to include this functionality!
